Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer UK Mainland Delivery using Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receipt (being Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) except during exceptionally busy times or for reasons which are out of our control when we will dispatch as soon as possible.  You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. 

If there is any delay or an item is found to be out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and either an revised timescale agreed or a refund offered.

Returns Policy​

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.  However, you have a statutory right to cancel your order provided that;

You contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving the product(s)

The product(s) are returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused.


This cancellation period will expire 14 days after delivery of the products.

You are also entitled to return products which were damaged, defective or incorrect on receipt.  Any defect in the quality, quantity and/or condition of the goods should be notified by you to us as soon as possible on receipt of the goods and within 30 days of receipt of the product(s).

All items should be returned to Alchemy Skincare, 17A Southside Road, Inverness, IV23BG.

You are responsible for the cost of postage and packing of a return, unless the goods are being returned because they are incorrect or defective.

On receipt of the goods by us, you will be entitled to receive either a replacement, exchange or refund (via your original payment method) as you specify.  Please note that any original delivery charges are not refunded unless the returned item is incorrect or defective. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund or make an appropriate deduction if items are returned in a non-saleable condition, unless incorrect or defective.

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 10 working days after we have received the goods.

For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with tracking number when returning items.  We accept no liability for items which are lost in transit.

Please note that our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colours, synthetics and artificial fragrance. However, some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils or any substance, natural or chemical. We regret that we are not able to offer a refund or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.

Please refer to the labelling information provided which highlights which naturally occurring allergens are present in the product.

Our returns policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
